Cancellation Policy
- ADAARA ETHNICS does not encourage cancellation of order once placed. However, the following considerations shall be taken into account.
- A customer places the same order more than once for the same product and same quantity within a span 24 hours.
- Exchange and Return will only be done, if the product is damage or wrong sent.

At ADAARA ETHNICS, we make it our mission to ensure a great Experience using our products or services. We offer return and exchange if the product is damage or wrong sent. please contact us.
Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your parcel in case of any defect (e-mail us at sales.adaara@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91-98678 13780) and we’ll see what we can do. We will respond within 48 hours of receiving your request.
Merchandise bought on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless confirmed by ADAARA ETHNICS. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Where the item(s) show obvious signs of use
- Boxes that have been opened and original packaging have been damaged due to handling.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Exchange Policy Details
We strive to ensure that all your orders meet your expectations. However, in the case of defective goods, we offer an exchange. Please review the eligibility criteria for exchange below:
Video Proof: To protect both your interests and ours, we kindly request that you record a 360-degree video while unboxing your order and email it to us at sales.adaara@gmail.com as proof.
Approval Process: After reviewing your video, we will notify you of its approval. Once approved, you may dispatch the order to us for further inspection. Please note that the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
Inspection and Exchange: If our inspection confirms that the product is defective, we will exchange it if the same item is available.
Alternative Option: If we are unable to exchange the product with the same item, you will be able to choose another product from our website of equal value.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or replaced. All warranties and quality guarantees offered on those products will still continue to apply and we would be happy to assist you with any concerns regarding your purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be notified of your return.
